Delete your account
You can permanently delete your BEARSCAR account from inside the app, or request deletion through support if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the app
- Open BEARSCAR and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompts.
Request deletion through support
If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion contact form and include the email address used for your BEARSCAR account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
What gets deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, authentication account, challenge participation, activity logs, comments, reactions, friend relationships, device notification tokens, imported health or workout data, and other account-linked data where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, purchase/accounting obligations, or abuse investigation. Retained records are not used to operate a public BEARSCAR profile.
Connected services
Deleting your BEARSCAR account does not delete your Strava, Apple, Google, App Store, or Google Play account. You can also revoke third-party access directly in those services.
