Using BEARSCAR
BEARSCAR helps people create and join social training challenges. You are responsible for your account, your content, your activity, and how you use the app with other people.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use BEARSCAR. Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 16.
Health notice
BEARSCAR is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, coach, or qualified health professional. You are responsible for deciding whether a challenge, workout, exercise, or activity is safe for you. Stop if something feels unsafe and seek professional advice when needed.
Community rules
You are responsible for profile information, comments, reactions, activity logs, photos, media, and other content you submit. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, illegal content, impersonation, spam, private information about others, or content that encourages unsafe training.
Users can report activity, photos, comments, and profiles, and can block other users. We may hide or delete reported content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.
Challenge results
BEARSCAR tracks goals, logs, leaderboards, wins, streaks, badges, squads, and leagues based on information entered in the app or imported through connected services. Results are for social competition and motivation, not official athletic measurement.
Premium purchases
Premium features may be sold through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the relevant app store under that store's terms. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase entitlements.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from app settings or request help at bearscar.org/account-deletion. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase accounting.
Changes and availability
We may update BEARSCAR, add or remove features, change these terms, or temporarily limit access when needed to operate, protect, or improve the service.
